Product Use

This pack will cover a 20cm (8 inch) round cake.

  1. Place cake on a cake board > For a sponge cake: cover with a thin layer of buttercream icing or jam > For a marzipanned cake: slightly moisten the marzipan with cool boiled water
  2. Remove all packaging and unroll the icing disc
  3. Peel off the plastic backing, and lift the icing disc carefully over the cake, using the inner plastic tube for support
  4. Gently smooth the top and sides of the cake, trimming any excess with a knife
