Each year, we receive an overwhelming number of donation requests and unfortunately, we can’t accommodate them all.
We’ve now streamlined our charitable Donation Requests process to include consideration for local schools or local 501(C3) organizations only. All donation requests must be submitted using the form below, a minimum of 90 days prior to the desired pick-up date. Any donations must be picked up directly from Sugar Drop.
Any of the aforementioned organizations requesting a gift basket or silent auction item, Sugar Drop’s general donation consists of a certificate worth the value of one cake. The certificate can be picked up at our store and will have an expiration date clearly marked with our contact information. There is no cash value for a certificate issued.
For school fundraisers, we have developed a program called Scoop & Share. For this event, we will work with your organization to determine a date and time, and then agree to promote your event on our social media on a mutually beneficial date. During the agreed upon date, Sugar Drop will donate $1 for every single scoop of ice cream served in our store. A check will be available for pick up within the week after your event. Please note that your individual organization is wholly responsible for the promotion of the event, exclusive of Sugar Drop’s one-time promotional post.
If you are wanting a dessert donation, please specifically state what you are interested in and we will let you know if we are able to accommodate.
Please know that we do not donate parties, events, classes or event rental usage of our space.
If you are not contacted by Sugar Drop within a 30-day window of your initial request, please know that we were unable to fulfill your request. We will do our best to accommodate as many requests as our budget will allow.
