In week 4, students will create a sweet and savory Breakfast for Dinner menu including updates on old classics and everyday favorites. Students will work on knife skills, poaching, mixing, baking, and many more cooking techniques. They will create each menu item from scratch including jams, syrups, compote butters, dry mixes, spice rubs, and dredges. We promise, breakfast has never tasted so good!

Possible daily menus: ham and eggs, chicken and waffles, pancakes and bacon, & sausage and biscuits

Recommended for ages 10+
