Buttercream 101 Class, 5/10, 1:00-3:00


Sugar Drop is excited to offer Buttercream 101.  In this basic class you will learn techniques and tips on the following:

Baking layers for a cake

Splitting and Filling cakes

Filling a Piping Bag

Buttercream Consistencies

Covering and Smoothing Cake

Basic round techniques

Recipes will be included for the perfect buttercream and chocolate cake. 

Guests will need to bring a turntable. All other supplies are included in the cost of 65.00. 

If guests would like to bring their own supplies, they will need the following tools:

Piping Bag - featherweight or disposable 18"

Fondant Smoother

Fondant Paddle

13-15" Angled Spatula
