All aboard for our Polar Express Cocoa Cake! For this class, guests will go through the Sugar Drop hot cocoa bar and will then create a fondant mug of cocoa cake to take home! Guests will learn basics in covering a cake with fondant, molding and shaping fondant and working with piping buttercream. This class is perfect for children ages 10 and older and for the young at heart. Guests will leave with a hot cocoa inspired cake, filled with marshmallows and chocolate chips.
